Employee Care Coordinator

The Employee Care Coordinator is responsible for putting together programs and systems that will increase the overall satisfaction of our large and varied workforce. Among other things, the ECC is also responsible for developing and administering reward and incentive programs, organizing company parties, and resolving general employee problems if and when they occur.
